HELP FROM THE BUREAU OF PENSIONS ADVOCATES

VETERANS AFFAIRS CANADA

The Bureau is staffed by lawyers and located across Canada. It is tasked with the role of representing veterans and their surviving spouses with disability claims that have been denied in the first instance by the Department. If you need help please telephone toll-free 1-877-228-2250 and you will be connected to the nearest office. The staff of these offices will help you obtain a second look at the original claim that may not have given you what you asked for. Please ensure to ask to speak to an advocate, the lawyer. The Bureau has offices in most major cities across Canada.
