This should be 1961 and that is Gdsm Smith, 2nd from Right, on the way to Germany. Note the similarity of the photo below from Winston "Goldie" Golden

I'm guessing that this is the team but not the Prix Leclerc, as the weather looks too miserable for August? Maybe, one of the earlier events. (GJH)
