PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE ASSOCIATION BY-LAWS It is recommended that the following amendments be approved. These changes are considered necessary to meet changing circumstances and to provide the Board with the required flexibility to manage the affairs of the Association. Article 141.2 Delete - existing Article Insert – For the purpose of a General Meeting five (5) members present shall constitute a quorum. This number will include the President, Secretary-Treasurer and a Vice-President or Director or a Member of the Board who is designated to act in one of the three (3) capacities. Article 600.1 Second Line Delete – to an organization whose purpose are similar to the Association Insert - to an organization or organizations with the purpose(s) that will contribute to the legacy of the Regiment.
